HS Honor Roll/Honor Society Requirements

 

A. The Honor Rolls are computed each quarter. There are 2 designations for honor roll:

1. A student qualifies for the high honor roll with a minimum quarter GPA of 3.75. A grade of any kind of “D” or “F” disqualifies a student from academic honors.

2. A student qualifies for the traditional honor roll with a quarter GPA of 3.25-3.74. A grade of any kind of “D” or “F” disqualifies a student from academic honors.

B. The Timothy Christian Honor Society for classes through 2013 is designated
as follows:

1. High honors: A student must maintain a minimum semester GPA of 3.5 for each semester with the exception of one semester in which a minimum GPA of 3.25 is allowed.

2. Honors: A student must maintain a semester grade point average of 3.0 to 3.49 for each semester with the exception of one semester in which a minimum GPA of 2.75 is permissible.

C. The Timothy Christian Honor Society starting with the class of 2014 is designated as follows:

1. High honors: A student must maintain a minimum semester GPA of 3.75 or above for each semester.

2. Honors: A student must maintain a minimum semester GPA of 3.25 for each semester.
