Jim Allen
I attended Timothy Christian from kindergarten through high school and graduated in 1986. I am a graduate of Trinity Christian College (Palos Heights, IL). I am married to Janell (Kemink), whom I met at Trinity. We have two children attending Timothy: Ashley (5th) and Jimmy (2nd). We live in Westmont and attend Faith Christian Reformed Church.
It would be an honor for me to serve on the School Board. I enjoyed my time at Timothy and hope that my children do too. I believe in Christian education and in the work of Timothy Christian Schools.
I served as a Youth Group leader at our church. I also have spent many years in sales and communications. These skills and experience will help me in serving on the Timothy Board.
As a Board, it is our responsibility to make sure that we stick to our mission. It is awesome knowing that our children are being taught from a Christian perspective by Christian faculty and staff. I hope and pray that we can help guide our children to walk in the way of the Lord. I also hope that when our kids have their own families, they will promote Christian education and Timothy Christian Schools.
