Practice Charts are due the first day of each week. Students get two freebies each quarter. If you have any questions, feel free to call or email Mr. Doug Pelt.
Electronic chart submission (preferred method):
Please use the student’s name as the subject of the email. Then, type the student’s name, grade level, and the minutes the child practiced during the week into the body of an email and submit the chart. Please email charts to Mr. Pelt (pelt@timothychristian.com) at the start of each school week.
Paper chart submission:
Paper charts can be obtained from the boxes outside the band room at school. There is a separate box outside the band room where completed charts may be turned in. If you print the charts at home, please cut into separate charts (there are 4 on every page), or submit one page of four at the end of the month. Students should write how many minutes they practice each day on the chart. A parent must sign the chart each week to verify accuracy.
