Last Day of School!
With a cry of "Joe....move those buses," the 2008-2009 school year came to a close. The week has been a busy one as students enjoyed field trips, emptied out lockers, cleaned desks, finished up projects, performed the final presentation of "The Rebellious Robot," studied for exams, recycled battered notebooks, attended awards assemblies and said goodbye to teachers and friends.
It's been a year filled with some sorrow and much joy. Our staff and students have grown academically and spiritually, while exploring our theme "They will know we are Christians by our love." And, we are grateful for another year of God's protection and faithfulness. We look forward to seeing the students back at school, next fall, on Wednesday August 26, 2009.
