First Day of School: Sunny Days Ahead!
If this morning is any indication as to the rest of the school year, we are going to have a great year! Beautiful weather greeted our students as they woke up and made their way "back to school."
Students and parents arrived by bus, car, bike and foot. Additional staff lined the halls and parkway to answer questions and ensure everyone arrived at the correct location. Parents snapped those "first day of school" photos and waved goodbye...some with smiles and some, with a few tears.
By 8:20 am, all our busses had arrived and and everyone was ready to get back to the business of learning, growing, worship and building community. We are looking forward to a wonderful 2010-2011 school year!
