Cheerleaders Once Again Headed to State!

The TC Cheerleaders have had quite an exciting and memorable week!. On Tuesday, January 24 they competed at the MSC Meet where they once again took first place, earning them back-to-back Metro Suburban Conference Championships! Abbey Marrera and Mackenzie Vos were also named as All-Conference Cheerleaders.
On Saturday, January 28, they competed at the Belvidere HS Sectionals and were awarded a bid for State with a score of 87.8 (one of the TOP THREE sectional scores in the STATE).
They will compete for the State Title (preliminary round) on at 1:15 pm on Friday, February 3, 2012 at the US Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington. If you can't cheer them on in person, the the competition on both days will be streamed live on http://www.ihsa.tv/. The State Finals are on Saturday, February 4, 2012.
