3rd Grade Supports Orphanage with Cookie Sale
In their ongoing support to Hogar de Niños Nazareth Orphanage in Honduras, the 3rd grade students and teachers held a Cookie Sale during the month of January.
Each month, the 3rd students have participated in various fund raisers for this cause which help to intergrate the theme “This is my Father’s World.” During morning break on Wednesday, January 23, they set up shop in the hallways and sold the delicious treats to the enthusiastic students in grades K-8.
Once everyone had their fill of cookies, the 3rd grade took their show on the road to the high school where their cookie supply was depleted. The students made a total of $501.67 to support the orphanage!
