Facebook Face-off: We are the Champions!
Hats off to our worthy opponent, Denver Christian Schools, in this week's Facebook Face-off which began on Monday morning. The challenge was this: What school's fan page could make it to 1,000 fans first? Up for grabs was the school's honor since the losing school's Marketing Director would be photographed wearing the other school's spirit wear.
Although Denver Christian started out with 10 more "likes" than TC, the Timothy constituents showed DC that "we've got spirit, yes we do!" Just before 1 pm on Tuesday, our Facebook page hit 1,000 "likes" thus sealing the deal that DC's Ernie Krauth would be donning an "I (heart) TC" shirt.
Thanks to all our Facebook fans who spread the word about this fun contest. And, kudos to Denver Christian & Ernie Krauth for putting forth a valiant effort and being such good sports. In the end, we ALL win when we can get the word out about quality Christian education! And who doesn't "like" that?
