Denise Stob
I started my involvement with Timothy Christian Schools 25 years ago when I joined Friendship Club. I went on to serve as a president of the Friendship Club board along with serving on a variety of committees and fundraising activities.
Outside of serving Timothy Christian Schools I am a member of the Western Springs CRC. I have served for 15 years for the GEMS program as a leader, and am currently a leader in the Coffee Break Fellowship program.
My husband Hank and our four children, Matt, Tom, Carolyn, and Jessica, have all graduated from Timothy. Now we are excited to see our granddaughter Kristina attending preschool there as well. I on the other hand did not attend Timothy but did go through the Christian school system. I went to Roseland Christian, Chicago Christian High School, and I attended Calvin College for 2 years.
I would be honored to serve as a member of the Timothy Christian Schools Board of Directors. I have been a day care provider for 17 years and a mom for 27 and counting; Timothy’s mission is the same as my own. It is my motivation that children, who are our future, be academically prepared Christian disciples. Timothy Christian has succeeded in helping me with my children and I pray that I can contribute to further this mission with other covenant children.
