$92,000 Raised! Thank You To All Who Made This Possible!
Again, we have been truly blessed. We praise God as your response & support made A Night Out For Timothy a smashing success. The evening was a wonderful way to build up our Timothy community and your generosity was amazing. All told, we raised almost $92,000 – that’s right, $92,000! The final Plea for a Playground raised $10,000 alone. This was the cherry-on-top of a fantastic night.
Dr. Hoeksema was the star of the evening as he participated in the live auction several times with fun quips and his offering of “Principal for A Half-Day”. This ended up being a big winner in the proceedings -- twice. The evening moved quite smoothly as our auctioneer, Vinnie Zaffarano, entertained us while keeping us on task throughout with his quick wit and charm.
Of course, none of this would be possible without you, the Timothy supporters who donated, who attended, and who bid on the offerings.
Thank you and God bless – you did a wonderful thing this past Saturday night.

Craving a night out of fun and conversation after the cold, snowy winter? “A Night Out For Timothy” on April 19 is right around the corner.
Held at the Hyatt Lodge on McDonald's Corporate Campus in Oak Brook, the 2008 TCS Benefit and Auction promises to be a night of reconnecting with classmates and friends and sampling cultural cuisines, all while supporting your Timothy community.
Set up Worlds of Friends and enjoy fellowship with the Timothy Community. Sit at your child's grade table and get to know the parents of his/her classmates, hold a mini-reunion at a table of your own graduating class, or simply put together a table of old friends and enjoy a good time out. Anyway you plan it, the evening is sure to be a fun and entertaining way to spend time with both old and new acquaintances.
Enjoy Worlds of Food as you travel to several ethnic food stations representing different countries. This easy style allows for culture tasting. And to add to your personal enjoyment, professional chefs will prepare your food to order.
Contribute Worlds of Support as you view and bid on a wide variety of enticing silent auction items. Participation in games and the live auction adds to the excitement of an evening you will not want to miss. All proceeds benefit TCS programs and equipment.
