Emergency Closings
If Timothy must close for any reason we notify the Chicagoland Emergency Closing Center. If weather threatens a school day, we will try to communicate this decision before students leave home for the bus or school.
The Emergency Closing Center announcements will be available on their website at www.emergencyclosings.com and the following AM radio stations:
WGN 720, WBBM 780
Also, several local television stations will make the announcements:
WBBM, WMAQ, WLS, WGN, WFLD and CLTV.
In addition to the announcements on radio stations, TV, and on the Timothy website, you can access closing information by calling 847-238-1234. They will ask you for our facility's phone number (630-833-4616) and then give you the status of Timothy for the day.
