We will appropriate all of God's creation

for interpretation and appraisal

from a biblical perspective

to enrich and deepen

each student's faith.

We believe that art and music

are integral part of God's reality

and belong in the curriculum

for discovery, use

and praise.

We will exercise and satisfy the aesthetic in each student

by creating, interpreting and appreciating

art and music

to disclose God's glory

for God's and man's

delight.

We will, through art and music,

cultivate feelings,

enlarge and exercise the imagination,

discipline the mind,

train the judgment, and provide historical

perspective.

We will engage each student in as thorough

a discipline as he is capable of

in his aesthetic life.
