Mrs. Julie Huisman
My name is Julie Huisman. I attended Timothy from pre-school through 12th grade, and graduated in 1990. I enjoyed my experiences at Timothy and appreciated the staff that guided me along the way. I am married to Randy Huisman who I met at Timothy. Randy and I have been married for 14 years and have been blessed with three wonderful children: Kaylee, Madison, and Nicholas, all Timothy students. My family and I attend Faith CRC and have been members there all our lives.
Organization and my experience in working with a non for profit organization will help me with serving on this Board. I have the experience of organizing many charity events and enjoy coordinating and planning. I am ready to serve God and the community to the best of my ability.
I am honored that I have the opportunity to serve on the Timothy Christian Schools Board of Directors. Having gone through Timothy and having three children there now motivates me to be on this Board. I feel the best way to make things better is getting involved. As a Board member we need to continue to make Timothy a place where our children can grow spiritually and academically. We need to make sure they are prepared, God fearing young adults when they graduate. Our decisions and work must be done with prayer and the faith that God’s will is done. God has blessed this community with Timothy and I feel he has placed all who have been asked now and in the past to serve on this Board to help further his Kingdom.
