Program Summary
The Impact program enriches the learning of all students in grades 1-6 at Timothy Christian School. All students participate in the Independent Study program. Independent Study is taught in each classroom by the Impact teacher in conjunction with the classroom teachers. Specific research skills are taught at each grade level as students study a particular topic, write a report, and create a product.
Advanced Learners participate in small group pull out programs to meet their needs in Reading and Math. Students in this program meet with the Impact teacher and a small group of students for thirty minutes twice each week to participate in challenging projects, activities appropriate to their learning styles and needs.
