It takes dedication to learn and perfect rhythms and notes. On top of that, each section has to work together to produce the right dynamics, have the same bowings, and fit their parts together in perfect harmony. But these things put together can create something beautiful.
Meet Isaiah Whitaker. He played varsity soccer for four years and was captain for two years. He was part of the State winning soccer team his freshman year and has recovered from a recurring major injury. This is his Timothy Story.
When Michela Sardinas transferred to Timothy as a freshman she was nervous about fitting in. But it didn’t take her long to make deep, lasting friendships — ones that she’ll miss when she graduates in May.
Student Council President, National Honor Society member, Spanish Honor Society member, member of the Fine Arts Committee, member of the Octoberfest Committee, french horn player, freshman retreat leader, and DECA member: Dakota Tameling did it all. But out of all those activities, band was by far his favorite.
Meet William Terpstra. He’s a senior and state qualifying cross country runner. Running is a constant journey that promotes endurance, grit, and discipline. But the ability to use God-given talents to glorify Him has made William’s journey as a runner truly worthwhile.
Meet Michael Martens. He is a senior and a captain of the Varsity Soccer Team. He plans to continue his Christian education and soccer career next year at Wheaton College.
