Nineteen 5th and 6th grade choir students were accepted into the Illinois Music Educators Association Elementary Honor Choir. The girls and boys choirs are made up of select elementary singers from around the state. Our selected singers will prepare music with Ms. DeJager and will work with two renowned conductors the day of the performance. They will present a formal concert in the Peoria Civic Center as part of the annual Illinois Music Educators Conference at 12pm on Saturday, January 29.
