Congratulations to the girls track & field team for becoming this year's Conference Champions! It was a real team effort to place in 16 out of 17 events (when do we get that pole vault?) and outscore the rest of the league 153 to second place's 107. We would also like to congratulate our All-Conference Athletes: Kennedi Clark, Hally Huizenga, Jenny Lumkes, Cailey Schuurmann, Kaitlyn Leonard, Paige Hoving, Jo-Hanna Kraal, Shaniya Becton, Ashley Sikkenga, Anna Tinaglia, and Maike Dionela. It was an exciting night, watching each of our girls fight hard for their team, knowing that they had the opportunity to win. They refused to let each other down or give anything short of their best. And now we have three days to recover before we drive to one of the toughest sectional meets in the state at Seneca. Congratulations team! And good luck on your road to state!
