Timothy alum Ben Vander Wal (Class of 2022) will play in the March Madness Basketball Tournament for Furman University (South Carolina)! Furman won the Conference Tournament last week and are making an appearance in the March Madness Basketball Tournament for the first time in 43 years. Ben was a basketball superstar and leader on and off the court at Timothy. Just a few of his high school highlights include: The Trojan 1,000 Point club (1,390 career points total), All-State ('21 & '22), and Metro Suburban MVP('21. & '22). Recently, 37 Trojan fans traveled to South Carolina to cheer on Ben and the Furman Paladins. Catch Ben (he's number 4!) and the Paladins as they square off against #4 seed Virginia in Round 1 of the March Madness Tournament on Thursday at 11:40am on TruTV.
