The Trojans went 3-0 on the week beating Chicago University High 3-0, Nazareth Academy 2-0 and previously unbeaten Woodstock 2-1 in the Opening Round of the PepsiCo Showdown Series. They will continue with the PepsiCo Showdown for Charity this week with action Tuesday at Andrew, Home v TBA on Thursday and play in the Semi-finals on Saturday afternoon v Lincoln-Way West. The boys are playing for Phil’s Friends, a Christian cancer organization based in Roselle. They support cancer patients by providing Care Packages, hospital visits, cards and prayer. Stop by the home game on Thursday to learn more.
