Senior tennis star Tommy King has an impressive 20-4 record and placed 3rd at Sectionals in singles, earning him a spot at the State Finals. This will be his second year at the state competition (although his first as a singles player). Qualifying for State is icing on the cake and ends his successful career as a Trojan. “I’m happy with how this season turned out,” Tommy said. “Everybody got a chance to play some good tennis and accomplished something. The best part of the season is just being able to see your teammates play and succeed.” The IHSA State Final Tournament takes places Thursday, May 26 through Saturday May 28.
