Middle School Math Team Takes First at Illiana Triathlon

The Timothy middle school math team competed at the Illiana Math Triathlon on April 9. The team, made up of 16 students in grades 7 and 8, competed in individual, team, and relay events. Timothy placed first overall out of 11 schools. One Timothy team—Dakyung Nam, Kayla Eng, Noah Vander Zee, and Nolan Grahn—also earned first place in the team competition. Kaitlyn Pergande achieved the highest individual score among Timothy students.
