We are committed to listening—truly listening—to the needs and desires of our parents. Unlike traditional survey methods that only capture a snapshot in time, ParentPulse employs rolling surveys throughout the year, ensuring that our score reflects the entirety of the academic journey, not just a fleeting moment. Every parent of current students had the opportunity to take the survey.

We are thrilled to announce that based on our own parents' surveys, Timothy Christian Schools has been honored with the prestigious 2023-24 Parent Choice Award by ParentPulse. According to ParentPulse, most researchers and survey providers classify Net Promoter Scores of 30-50 as "good," 50-70 as "excellent" and 70+ as "world class."

But what exactly is the Parent Choice Award, you ask? Well, it's not just any accolade. It's reserved for a select few schools that have achieved an overall parent Net Promoter Score of 70 or higher during the academic year. That's no easy feat, but we achieved it! Developed by Bain & Company in 2003, the Net Promoter Score is the gold standard for measuring customer satisfaction, and it is used by millions of businesses in nearly every industry.
