Golf Outing
This year’s golf outing was held on Friday, September 18 at the Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge.

The Timothy athletic program is heavily funded by private donations, 75% of which come in through the golf outing, making it the largest and most significant fundraiser for our program. Last year the 2019 Timothy Christian Golf Outing & Athletic Fundraiser turned out to be nothing short of another incredible year with our highest level of sponsorship revenue ever. And guess what? In 2020, we surpassed 2019 and had a year of “records” on all of the following: Record of 96 sponsors, 200 golfers, 20 volunteers and we also raised a record dollar amount from our raffle this year...all totaling a record high event revenue of $200,000! Amazing! To all of our sponsors, golfers, volunteers and Golf Committee members — you played a critical role in our achievement. THANK YOU.
Although we are a bit unsure of all that will happen this year, we are excited to see what God will do through this year’s athletic program. So we PRESS ON to be used by our God to make a difference in young people’s lives. Thanks to each and every person who helped make this possible by coming alongside us to build an athletic program at Timothy Christian that seeks to honor Christ and bring Him glory in all it does.
Ephesians 3:20-21 sums up the outcome of this event perfectly. “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
